Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH to keep the flow smooth
• Own mistakes quickly and help correct them with kindness
• Maintain a calm, grounded presence during rushes
• Ensure every plate reflects the quality and presentation of Biscuit Belly
• Ensure dishes leave the window vibrant, flavorful, and ready for guests
• Support FOH tasks such as running food, bussing tables, and resetting the dining room
• Resolve guest concerns related to food quality or timing with empathy and urgency
