Qualifications

• Experience communicating with BOH and FOH to keep service flowing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the expo line with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ensure every dish meets quality and temperature standards.
• Communicate timing and modifications with BOH and FOH.
• Coordinate with FOH to run food quickly and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized expo station throughout service.
• Support FOH tasks such as running food and bussing tables.
• Address guest concerns related to timing with empathy.
