Responsibilities

• Manage the expo line with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure every dish meets quality, plating, and temperature standards.
• Communicate timing and remakes with BOH and FOH.
• Coordinate with FOH to run food quickly and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized expo station throughout service.
• Support FOH tasks such as running food, bussing tables, and resetting the dining room.
• Resolve guest concerns related to food quality or timing with empathy and urgency.
