Relish Restaurant, located inside The Kensington Hotel in Ann Arbor, is seeking a dependable Restaurant Expo to join our team. You will connect kitchen and serving staff, verify dish accuracy, and ensure timely, complete presentations for guests.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. Prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but we will consider enthusiastic learners who can communicate well in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and restaurant servers.
• Review each dish for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
• Ensure meals are complete and include the correct sides, garnishes, and special requests.
• Communicate clearly with cooks and servers to keep service running smoothly.
• Prioritize orders and help maintain an efficient flow during busy meal periods.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary expo station.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the restaurant team with additional duties as needed
