Orica USA is seeking a CDL Class B Driver (Explosives Delivery & Service) for Greencastle, PA. This hands-on role safely operates bulk trucks to deliver and install blasting products for customers in mining, quarry, and construction environments.

The position blends approximately 40% driving with 60% field work, outdoors in varied conditions. You will perform vehicle inspections, connect trailers, handle hazardous materials safely, and participate in safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in driving and/or material handling.
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills for daily inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: approx. 40% driving and 60% physical field work.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and refills.
• Safely hook up and unhook trailers.
• Operate emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks as part of daily duties.
• Handle raw materials and hazardous goods in compliance with safety regulations.
• Minimize environmental impact through waste control practices.
• Report any incidents immediately and participate in safety meetings.
