Job summary

Orica in Greencastle, PA seeks a CDL Class B Driver (Explosives Delivery & Service) to safely operate bulk trucks, deliver blasting products, and support customers in mining, quarry, and construction projects. This hybrid role combines driving with field installation responsibilities and a strong emphasis on safety.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, handle hazardous materials in compliance with DOT rules, and provide reliable service while maintaining daily inventory and equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in driving and/or material handling.
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Safely hook up and unhook trailers.
• Operate emulsion tanker and box trucks as part of daily responsibilities.
• Ensure materials and hazardous goods are handled per safety requirements.
• Assist in loading, delivering, and installing bulk explosive products at customer sites.
