Job summary

Vail Resorts in Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance Crew member for the winter season to support base-area operations and maintenance tasks. This mid-level role offers hands-on learning across maintenance areas and the chance to contribute to a premier mountain resort experience for guests from around the world.

The position pays a starting wage of $21.25/hr to $26.57/hr with both full-time and part-time hours and housing availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe – your safety is our priority
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments
• Ability to perform heavy work (up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds constantly)
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods, including weekends and holidays

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This mid-level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $21.25/hr - $26.57/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks
• Provide additional support to other resort operations
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$21.25/hr - $26.57/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
