Vail Resorts is hiring for an entry level Maintenance Crew role on a Winter Seasonal basis (2026/2027). This position offers full-time hours with a starting wage of 20.00 USD per hour, plus benefits such as housing availability and employee perks.

You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks in the base area and support broader resort operations. The role requires being 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, and capable of working outdoors in seasonal conditions, including weekends and

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position isa great opportunityto learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr- $23.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Assistin a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping,clearing of base area of weather elementsand other general maintenance tasks

Job Requirements

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr- $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
