Job summary

The Pennsylvania Automotive Association (PAA) seeks a knowledgeable Vehicle Titling & Registration Trainer to educate dealerships across Pennsylvania on titling and registration procedures. The role focuses on training staff, conducting compliance reviews, and answering procedural questions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Pennsylvania titling in a dealership or substantial training background, with strong communication, travel willingness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience with Pennsylvania vehicle titling and registration processes in an automotive dealership or three to five years of teaching or training experience, with the aptitude and willingness to learn vehicle titling and registration procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively teach and train individuals in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for dealership employees in classroom and virtual settings.
• Develop, update, and revise training manuals, presentations, and other educational materials.
• Conduct dealership compliance reviews and provide guidance on Pennsylvania titling and registration requirements.
• Respond to dealership phone inquiries and provide assistance regarding titling and registration procedures.
• Stay current on changes to Pennsylvania vehicle titling and registration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with dealership personnel and industry partners.
• Travel throughout Pennsylvania to conduct on-site training and compliance reviews.
