The Pennsylvania Automotive Association (PAA) seeks a knowledgeable Vehicle Titling & Registration Trainer to educate dealerships across Pennsylvania on titling and registration procedures. The role focuses on training staff, conducting compliance reviews, and answering procedural questions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Pennsylvania titling in a dealership or substantial training background, with strong communication, travel willingness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Three to five years of experience with Pennsylvania vehicle titling and registration processes in an automotive dealership or three to five years of teaching or training experience, with the aptitude and willingness to learn vehicle titling and registration procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively teach and train individuals in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Vehicle Titling & Registration Trainer

PAA is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Vehicle Titling & Registration Trainer to provide training and support to Pennsylvania automotive dealerships. This position will be responsible for educating dealership personnel on Pennsylvania vehicle titling and registration procedures, conducting compliance reviews, and providing guidance on related questions and processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Pennsylvania vehicle titling and registration in an automotive dealership or a strong background in training and the ability and willingness to learn Pennsylvania-specific procedures.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience with Pennsylvania vehicle titling and registration processes in an automotive dealership or three to five years of teaching or training experience, with the aptitude and willingness to learn vehicle titling and registration procedures.
