mpathic is seeking an Expert Network Community Manager to build and support our network of contract experts, ensuring an engaging, responsive community experience. You will own day-to-day communications, coordinate staffing for projects, and manage onboarding logistics, all while maintaining accurate operational data for efficient workforce management.

Qualifications

4+ years in community management and related roles.
Experience managing communications with large or distributed communities.
Strong spreadsheet skills and data tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Startup experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Build and foster an engaged community of contract experts across multiple disciplines.
Develop regular communications to keep experts informed about opportunities and updates.
Create programs to improve engagement, retention, and experience.
Coordinate staffing for new and ongoing projects.
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities for contractors.
Monitor contractor responsiveness and staffing timelines.
Maintain staffing trackers, dashboards, and operational data.
Generate reports to support staffing decisions.
Continuously improve spreadsheet organization and reporting processes.
