Mpathic is seeking an Expert Network Community Manager to build, support, and grow a network of contract experts for AI projects. You’ll own day-to-day communications, coordinate staffing for projects, and manage onboarding and operational data to keep the workforce running smoothly.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, bringing exceptional organization and strong communication to create scalable systems that engage hundreds of contractors and support high-quality client work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in community management or related roles.
• Experience managing communications with large groups.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets), including large datasets and trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with contractor populations or contingent workforces is a plus.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, CRM, or project management tools is a plus.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster an engaged community of contract experts across multiple disciplines.
• Develop regular communications to keep experts informed about opportunities, updates, and initiatives.
• Create programs to improve contractor engagement and retention.
• Build relationships with contractors and serve as a primary contact throughout their lifecycle.
• Gather feedback to improve processes, communications, and engagement.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and responsive community culture.
