Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage with the public at local attractions, events, and trade shows. You will present the vacation club experience, invite guests to attend presentations, and drive participation at promotional activities.

The role emphasizes face-to-face conversations, incentives for attendees, and adherence to company policies while aiming to meet sales targets and training plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
