Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Community Marketing Agent to engage the public at local attractions and events, presenting the vacation club experience and inviting guests to attend award-winning presentations. You’ll lead conversations, screen prospects, and schedule tours while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
