Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to engage guests at popular local attractions and events, introducing our vacation club experiences and qualifying prospects for tours.

In this sales-focused role, you will schedule presentations, collect deposits, and represent the brand at festivals, malls, and community events while staying current on promotions and industry trends. Training and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with the public in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and smart device proficiency.
• One to three years of sales, customer service, marketing, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6 hours at a time).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to promote the vacation ownership experience.
• Invite and incentivize qualified guests to attend a sales presentation.
• Screen and qualify prospective customers.
• Schedule sales presentation reservations and collect deposits.
• Represent the Travel + Leisure Co. brand at local events and attractions.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
• Stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals.
