Travel + Leisure Co. in Austin, TX seeks a Brand Ambassador to engage the public at local attractions, malls, theme parks, and events, sharing information about the vacation club experience and inviting guests to attend a sales presentation.

You will greet and qualify prospects, schedule presentations, and stay current on marketing materials, while meeting performance goals. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication skills, and comfort with computers and smart devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
