Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Community Marketing Agent in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll engage with guests at local attractions and events, sharing information about the vacation club experience and inviting them to attend sales presentations.

In this face-to-face, sales-based role, you’ll qualify prospects, schedule tours, and contribute to team goals while representing a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and encourage prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
