Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Brand Ambassador who works with popular local attractions, such as malls or theme parks, to connect with the public and promote the vacation club experience through face-to-face conversations and incentives to attend presentations.

This sales-based role requires high-energy interaction, adherence to company policies, and the ability to screen prospects, schedule tours, and stay current on marketing materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
