Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist (Community Marketing Agent) to engage with guests at local attractions and events, presenting the vacation club experience and inviting attendance at owner presentations.

The role focuses on face-to-face conversations, qualifying prospects, and driving event-based sales within the home-area market. As a brand ambassador, you will work with attractions and festivals, maintain marketing knowledge, and achieve weekly to annual goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; comfortable with smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend training sessions and stay current on marketing information and materials.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (aiming for 80% of time).
• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• No travel required outside the home site’s area.
