Job summary

Shepard is seeking an Event Strategy Manager to transform insights, audience research, and client objectives into strategic event concepts and immersive experiences. You will shape themes, attendee journeys, and sponsorship opportunities for strategic accounts.

Collaborating with Sales, Production, Concept Design, and Marketing, you will ensure concepts are executed with high quality while driving client value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in experience design, event creative, or related field.
• Ability to translate audience data and event insights into creative strategy and activations.
• Experience supporting deliverables across multiple accounts or projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate data and insights into creative experience with Event Strategy.
• Develop and present experience concepts using visual storytelling and decks.
• Collaborate with production, sponsorship, and design teams to execute concepts.
• Manage deliverables and timelines for concepts and journeys.
• Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and proposals with experience solutions.
