Job summary

Shepard Exposition Services seeks an Event Strategy Manager to transform event insights, audience research, and client objectives into compelling strategies, experiences, and activations for strategic accounts. You will translate data into creative experiences, design attendee journeys, and shape sponsorship activations, collaborating with Sales, Production, Concept Design, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in experience design, event creative, event production, event marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate audience data and event insights into creative strategy and activations.
• Experience supporting creative or experience deliverables across multiple accounts or projects.
• Experience contributing to new business pitches, RFPs, or proposals is preferred.
• Creative, solution-oriented problem solver with strong strategic and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account and Creative Strategy Support: align experience concepts with clients’ business objectives and translate insights into creative experiences.
• Insight-to-Design Translation: analyze audience needs and trends to design themes, attendee journeys, floor plans, and activations.
• Experience Design and Execution: present concepts via decks and storyboards; collaborate with teams to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.
• New Business Development: contribute to pitches, proposals, and case studies.
• Measurement, Innovation and Continuous Improvement: define success metrics and stay current on industry trends to refine offerings.
