Shepard Exposition Services seeks an Event Strategy Manager to translate client objectives into innovative event strategies, experiences, and activations for strategic accounts. The role blends strategic thinking with creative execution to craft themes, attendee journeys, sponsorships, and measurable experiences enhancing client value.

This position emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Account Production, Concept Design, and Marketing teams to align objectives with execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in experience design, event creative, production, marketing, or related agency work.
• Ability to translate audience data and event insights into creative strategy and activations.
• Experience contributing to new business pitches or proposals is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; dynamic presenter to audiences at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop and present experience concepts using visual storytelling and ideation decks.
• Collaborate with production, sponsorship, and design teams to carry out approved concepts.
• Manage deliverables such as concept decks and attendee journey maps, meeting deadlines.
• Contribute experience solutions to RFPs, pitches, and proposals.
