Job summary

Pali Mountain is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to help bring immersive brand experiences to life on our mountain campus in Running Springs, CA. This hands-on, project-based role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to source props, coordinate budgets, and manage vendor relationships across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly as concepts move from planning to on-site installation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in creative production, events, experiential marketing, or related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, planning, and documentation.
• Comfortable with coordinating budgets, vendors, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects, activations, and events from concept through execution.
• Research vendors, request quotes, and coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, purchasing details, and risk flags.
• Coordinate installation logistics including setup, breakdown, storage and post-project organization.
• Maintain inventory of props, décor, and activation assets.
• Coordinate production needs across Marketing, Media, Operations, Maintenance, Programs, and Food & Beverage.
• Support brand partnerships, creator visits, and activations as opportunities develop.
• Use CRM, Microsoft, project management, and AI tools for planning and documentation.
• Jump in wherever needed to help finish the final experience.
