The Account Coordinator supports the Account Management team by coordinating projects, quotes, documentation, and client communication.

Based in Woburn, MA, this role serves as a hub between clients, internal departments, and production teams, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, estimates, and quotations to support Sales and Account Management teams.
• Communicate with clients to support project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Assist Account Managers with proposal content and cost justification.
• Translate project direction into clear work orders for production.
• Coordinate shipping documentation and ensure project materials are prepared and delivered.
• Travel occasionally to support client activities or onsite projects.
