Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 2-3 years of industry experience, Experiential Marketing or related field is required.
• Efficient knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Provide regular two-way communication with clients to understand needs, propose solutions, set proper expectations and execute plan
• Act as the center-point between clients, internal teams, agency partners, and suppliers to provide direction and drive results
• Project management for shows and projects from launch to execution
• Co-lead a cross-functional team including Account Management, Production, Engineering, Floor Planning, Field Services, Design and Finance/Accounting
• Lead client/internal meetings, document next steps and action plans
• Manage show production timelines and budgets
• Represent the account team at show sites
