Job summary

Exhibitus is seeking a Trade show Account Coordinator in Atlanta to support the Account Management team with project coordination, quoting, documentation, and client communication. This role serves as the central link between clients, internal teams, and production.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in account coordination, strong written/verbal skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. On-site role with occasional travel to trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or related function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-team interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, estimates, and quotations to support Sales and Account Management.
• Communicate with clients to support project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Assist Account Managers with proposal content and cost justification.
• Translate project direction into clear work orders for production.
• Lead weekly project meetings with key stakeholders and document outcomes.
• Coordinate shipping documentation and delivery of materials.
• Develop shipping manifests and project documentation with logistics.
• Prepare setup packages for onsite managers with engineering support.
• Complete show forms, coordinate services, and support contract execution.
• Reconcile project expenses and assist with post-show financial documentation.
• Occasional travel to support client activities or onsite needs.
