Job summary

Sifted is seeking a customer experience-minded professional to deliver and serve lunch at client locations and manage the on-site experience. You will collaborate with the culinary team, create a branded pop-up vibe, and communicate menu stories to staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location to delight staff
• Coordinate with culinary team to learn menus and deliver to offices
• Create a pop-up vibes using branded materials and messaging
• Share menu stories and highlight ingredients to guests
• Collect feedback and report metrics to the Community Manager
• Suggest improvements to efficiency and guest experience
