Sifted is hiring a customer-focused individual to manage on-site lunch experiences at client locations. You will create a vibrant, branded pop-up atmosphere and explain the menu stories through paper messaging, while engaging staff and gathering feedback to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes hospitality, fast-paced interaction with guests, and a passion for making work environments tastier and more engaging. Partial-time schedule with weekday shifts and supportive growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lunch experience at the client's location to delight staff.
• Create a pop-up vibe using branded materials and creativity.
• Explain menu items and ingredients through in-paper messaging.
• Collect feedback with metrics and report to the Community Manager.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
