Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver and serve lunch at client locations, creating a memorable on-site experience. This part-time role includes working in a commercial kitchen and at client offices, with a focus on hospitality, branding, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced events, is detail oriented, and values brand representation. Compensation is $24/hr with 24 hours of PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) after six months, and free lunch.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client's location and ensure every staff member is delighted
• Meet with the culinary team to learn the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver to the client’s office
• Create an inspired pop-up vibe using branded materials and messaging
• Tell the story of the menu and ingredients through branded signage
• Collect feedback and report metrics to the Community Manager
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
