Job summary

Sifted is hiring for an on-site customer-experience focused role to deliver and serve lunch at our clients’ locations. The role operates Monday through Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm, with a part-time arrangement and a focus on creating a memorable, branded lunch experience.

You will work with our kitchen and client teams to learn menus, deliver orders, and craft a welcoming, pop-up vibe in each office. We value hospitality, flexibility, and a strong guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or mindset preferred.
• Strong focus on customer experience and detailed execution.
• Ability to tell the menu story through in-office branding.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lunch experience at client location and ensure staff are delighted.
• Collaborate with culinary team to learn menu and deliver to offices.
• Create a pop-up vibe with branded props and messaging.
• Collect feedback and report metrics to Community Manager.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and guest experience.
