Job summary

University of Nebraska – Lincoln is seeking an Assistant Director of Experiential Learning in Lincoln, NE. This role leads pedagogical programs in MNGT 101 and MNGT 475, coordinates with faculty, recruits and manages up to 150 corporate volunteers, and oversees student learning outcomes analytics for AACSB assurance of learning.

The position includes managing Tenaska Business Challenge programming, collaborating with partners, and supporting LAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in student services, data analytics, volunteer or program management.
• Public speaking and strong verbal communication skills.
• Independent work with solid organizational abilities. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MNGT 101 & MNGT 475 experiential learning activities and logistics.
• Recruit, train, and manage up to 150 corporate volunteers; coordinate with faculty.
• Lead learning analytics and AACSB assurance of learning data review.
• Plan Tenaska Business Challenge rounds and support IBL program development.
• Serve as primary liaison between instructors, students, and volunteers.
