Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred in Higher Education, Business, Counseling, or related field
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the development, implementation and maintenance of high-impact experiential learning opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and off-campus partners, including resolving questions and interpreting policies for participation in experiential learning.
• Establish and maintain internal policies and procedures aligned with university efforts to promote awareness and participation in experiential learning opportunities.
• Promote awareness and participation in quality experiential learning opportunities to students and build relationships with staff, faculty, and community partners.
• Maintain tracking database and collect experiential opportunities for statistical reporting.
• Advise students on internship/experiential education preparation and search.
• Develop and facilitate workshops to help students secure, succeed in, and reflect on their experiences.
