Job summary

M²: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education in New York is seeking a Program Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our learning programs. You will manage logistics, materials, vendors, and participant support to ensure every gathering, webinar, and resource runs smoothly with high quality.

This role rewards organization, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple projects on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, project management, customer-facing operations, or similar roles.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Comfort navigating fast-paced environments with flexibility, calmness and sound judgment.
• Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset, anticipating needs and responding thoughtfully.
• Self-directed, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Campaign Monitor, Canva, or similar platforms.
• This job requires 20 days of travel, in addition to all staff retreats.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute program logistics for in-person and virtual events.
• Coordinate materials, venues, vendors, and travel.
• Maintain timelines and track deliverables.
• Provide on-site support at programs.
• Liaise with staff, vendors, and participants.
• Oversee office operations and travel planning.
• Liaise with staff and faculty on logistics and sessions.
• Manage travel booking and participant arrangements for assigned programs.
• Provide on-site logistical support to ensure a welcoming experience.
