Arrowmac is seeking an Experiential Events Project Manager to lead custom experiential projects on-site in Orange County, CA. You will work closely with clients and the creative team to bring immersive environments to life, coordinating scenic builds and fabrications from concept through completion.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in experiential or fabrication contexts, with strong estimating and proposal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Design, Construction, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing experiential or fabrication projects.
• Experience in scenic design, retail fabrication, or similar creative environments.
• Proficiency in estimating projects and developing proposals.
• Knowledge of event technology or alternative experiential marketing tools.
