Abacus Group, LLC is seeking a hands-on Events Producer to join its downtown NYC team. The role combines creative planning with rigorous execution, managing public events, private experiences, and brand partnerships in collaboration with the marketing team and an external agency.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in event production or experiential marketing, excels at coordinating vendors and budgets, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment in New York City.

Formación

• 5–10+ years in event production or experiential marketing.
• Experience delivering large-scale events with budgets and deadlines.
• Strong communication with senior executives, partners and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and produce public programming, retail activations, private events, and brand partnerships.
• Own timelines, logistics, vendor contracts, budgets, spend tracking and reconciliation.
• Serve as liaison with internal stakeholders, agency partners, vendors, tenants, and brands.
• Lead on-site execution, coordinate event teams, anticipate guest needs and solve issues.
• Develop guest and tenant experiences including invitations, registration and hospitality.
• Coordinate creative deliverables with agency and internal teams for promotion.
• Manage event permitting and licensing, acting as primary contact with authorities.
• Assess inquiries for revenue opportunities and coordinate agency handoffs.
• Evaluate results and prepare recaps to apply learnings to future programs.
