Job summary

Access is seeking an Events Manager to lead hospitality-focused programs across Northern California. You will manage events from planning to on-site execution, maintain client and vendor relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to deliver WOW experiences.

The role requires travel across Northern California for venue visits, site inspections, and on-site events, while ensuring high standards of excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned events from planning through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Serve as the primary client contact with proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee venues, transportation, vendors, staffing, and timelines.
• Build relationships with hotel partners, venues, and local suppliers in Northern California.
• Conduct site inspections, venue walkthroughs, and client meetings across the territory.
• Own program budgets, SOWs, invoicing, and financial reconciliation to support revenue.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences with creative solutions and services.
• Lead on-site event teams to ensure clear communication and seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Events teams to deliver exceptional programs.
• Maintain Salesforce records with up-to-date program, vendor, and financial data.
• Anticipate challenges, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues professionally.
• Share best practices and drive operational efficiencies.
