Job summary

Léal Hospitality group is seeking an Event & Sales Coordinator to craft memorable guest experiences across its Morgan Hill and Hollister properties. The role partners with Sales, Events, Luxe Design, and Facilities to manage timelines, budgets, and vendor needs for a variety of events, from weddings to corporate gatherings.

The position requires flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential for part-time to full-time hours based on event scheduling.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Aisle Planner and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution of events (weddings, corporate, social) to meet revenue goals.
• Solicit new business through prospecting, cold calls, and sales visits; conduct property tours and generate contracts/invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events, Luxe Design, and Facilities teams to plan and execute event timelines and requirements.
• Create and distribute client BEOs; manage leads, proposals, contracts, and bookings with accurate records.
