24 Carrots is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex, high-profile events in California. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor the Event Management team to ensure exceptional event execution and operational consistency across the department.

You will drive best practices, partner across Culinary, Service, Warehouse, Venue Operations, Design, and Sales, and push for process improvements while maintaining the brand’s Collaboration,

Formación

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in catering, hospitality, sales, luxury event planning, event production, or related customer service roles.
• Advanced project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
• Proven experience planning, coordinating, and executing complex, high-profile, large-scale events.
• Ability to manage events involving multiple venues, extensive logistics, VIP clients, and unique requirements.
• Strong hospitality and client relationship management skills; build long-term relationships.
• Confident communicator to lead planning conversations and resolve sensitive concerns professionally.
• Experience leading tastings, venue walkthroughs, site visits, and planning sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning conversations, manage expectations, and ensure smooth event execution.
• Mentor team members and share best practices within the Event Management team.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver seamless hospitality experiences reflecting brand values.
• Oversee onsite event execution and make timely, informed decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Improve planning processes, SOPs, and planning tools to raise operational consistency.
