Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking an Event Services Manager to lead the planning, servicing, financial management, and execution of all group events. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and the club, ensuring service excellence and financial accuracy throughout the event lifecycle.

Collaborating with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Golf Operations, and other internal units, you will ensure events are executed to Bluejack National standards while protecting financial integrity through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Event Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of event experience in hospitality or club settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Club Management Software is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned events from turnover through final billing and post-event reconciliation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during planning and execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, social, and member-sponsored events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.
• Prepare and manage BEOs, event diagrams, timelines, room layouts, and event docs.
• Conduct planning meetings, site visits, tastings, walkthroughs, and confirmations.
• Coordinate logistics with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Golf Operations, and other units.
• Lead internal pre-event meetings and communicate details to teams.
• Monitor timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain financial accountability: deposits, schedules, billing accuracy, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate vendor requirements, certificates of insurance, and outside services.
• Maintain complete event files per SOPs and standards.
• Identify operational concerns and propose solutions.
• Ensure events reflect Bluejack National standards and brand.
