Job summary

Legends Global in Glen Allen, VA, is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and execute logistics for client events, coordinating with service contractors and venues to ensure flawless delivery.

You will interpret contracts, manage floor plans, insurance requirements, and deadlines, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal operations. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed on fast-paced events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year University.
• 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Meets with clients to plan and organize event logistics.
• Coordinates activities with service contractors.
• Interprets contracts and communicates policies to clients.
• Manages deadlines, floor plans, insurance, and other requirements.
• Arranges event-related purchases and communicates needs to Operations.
• Liaises between clients and facility departments.
• Monitors events and follows up on client requests.
• Attends planning and meetings in support of operations.
• Ticketing experience preferred for setup, reporting, and box office operations.
