Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year University.
• 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ticketing platforms experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets with clients and/or their liaison to plan and organize event logistics.
• Coordinates activities with service contractors for events.
• Guides clients in contract provisions, policies, and procedures.
• Keeps clients informed about deadline schedules, floor plans, insurance, and other details.
• Makes check requests and event-related purchases.
• Provides clear, concise communications of requirements to Operations staff.
• Assists in scheduling operational set-ups and monitors facility set-up.
• Serves as primary liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Monitors in-house events and maintains client contact with staff.
• Attends planning and other meetings in support of operations.
• Ticketing experience preferred, including platforms, setup, reporting, and box office.
