Job summary

Safco Products, headquartered in New Hope, MN, seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to own planning and execution of customer-facing events that support sales and marketing objectives. You will lead end-to-end event operations, fulfillment processes, and vendor partnerships to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing trade shows, events, field marketing operations, customer experience, or fulfillment activities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, vendors, and other business partners to achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, project management, and execution of customer-facing events across trade shows, regional conferences, partner events, and sales meetings.
• Direct all event logistics, including booth assets, inventory, storage, freight, shipping, labor orders, and onsite readiness.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors, freight providers, exhibit partners, and suppliers to ensure quality execution and budget stewardship.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop event plans, meeting space, product demonstrations, staffing, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage customer visits to showrooms and virtual showroom experiences for seamless customer experiences.
• Ensure Safco showrooms are prepared and aligned with a best-in-class customer experience.
• Oversee Safco-branded merchandise, vendor relationships, ordering, and distribution for events and marketing initiatives.
• Lead the customer sample and literature fulfillment process, ensuring timely orders and inventory accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for customer experience requests with responsive, accurate support.
• Manage event budgets, vendor invoices, and post-event financial reconciliation in partnership with Finance.
