Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Experiential Events Coordinator to plan and execute events at Mall of America, Nickelodeon Universe, and Crayola Experience. You will coordinate logistics, venue bookings, creative assets, and event technology to deliver engaging guest experiences.

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and partners; manage budgets, schedules, and post-event evaluation; ensure safety and permitting compliance, and support MOA internship programs and in-store events.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in marketing or business management required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of events management experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative thinker with initiative and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end Mall/park/attraction events including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders through booking to execution.
• Support community relations events with CSR initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics with Security, Operations, and Guest Services teams.
• Track attendance, engagement, revenue, and partner feedback; evaluate results.
