As part of the party team, you may assist with setup, decorating, food service, and coordination with vendors and leadership. Weekend shifts are required, with a focus on professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a family environment.
• Direct contact for party families and manage party area.
• Follow rules and policies and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with booking, vendor contact, ordering and scheduling add-ons.
• Direct contact for party families and maintain party area setup.
• Set up, decorate, clean, and maintain party spaces.
• Pick up food and cupcakes from vendors as needed.
• Ensure parties begin and end on time and include all package items.
• Explain all party rules and policies to guests.
• Serve food, beverages, and cake to guests while maintaining safety.
• Restock party supplies and entertain guests in a family-friendly manner.
