Job summary

CAS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Events & Activations Manager to own end-to-end event presence nationwide. You will travel to 15–20 events annually, manage budgets, and lead on-site execution with a creative team.

You’ll design engaging activations, evaluate conferences, and collaborate with marketing to deliver experiences that convert conversation into pipeline, all while ensuring flawless logistics and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning and running events (required).
• Able to travel 15 to 20 times per year (required).
• Based in Indianapolis or willing to relocate to work in-office five days a week (required).
• Authorized to work in the United States (required).

Responsibilities

• Define event strategy and select conferences, trade shows, and industry gatherings nationwide.
• Design booth concepts, on-site activations, dinners, and after-parties.
• Own and manage budgets line by line and optimize cost vs impact.
• Coordinate venues, caterers, AV, transportation, printers, and shipping.
• Lead setup, day-of operations, and breakdown for 15–20 trips yearly.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on themes, branding, swag, and content.
