CAS in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Events & Activations Manager to own the calendar of about 150 events a year, with on-site presence five days a week at the Stutz.

You will design booth concepts, manage budgets, coordinate venues and vendors, and lead on-site execution with a dedicated team and a real events budget. This role requires travel 15–20 times yearly and reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Formación

• Hands-on event planning and execution experience.
• Ability to own and manage event budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Experience coordinating multiple events and shipments simultaneously.
• Proven track record delivering engaging on-site activations and experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Decide where CAS shows up by evaluating conferences, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
• Design booth concepts and on-site activations that reflect CAS branding.
• Own and track event budgets line by line; balance cost and impact.
• Manage venues, caterers, AV, transportation, printers, and shipping.
• Lead on-site execution across 15–20 trips per year; solve issues in real time.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on event themes and signage.
• Track attendance, leads, and pipeline from each event to inform future planning.
