Two Eighteen in Las Vegas seeks a Site Services Coordinator to support the Operations team with event services, I&D labor, and equipment orders. You will liaise with internal departments and external vendors to manage production, approvals, billing, and delivery from pre-event through post-event.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to oversee schedules, vendor relations, and show specifications to ensure flawless experiences for our clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a site services coordinator role or similar.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Generate services estimates including show services, I&D, traveling supervision, AV rental and furniture rental.
• Act as site services expert for activities related to trade show/event coordination.
• Work with GC/Show Management on approvals and show requirements.
• Obtain and maintain accurate show schedules for each project.
• Attend internal pre-show and launch meetings.
• Maintain/coordinate accurate site services estimates, orders, schedules and submit show orders before deadlines.
• Coordinate I&D labor with preferred partners, review invoicing and submit purchase orders.
• Review/approve daily time sheets during install/show/dismantle.
• Arrange round-trip transportation of exhibit properties.
• Post-event: work with contractors to resolve issues and reconcile hours.
• Prepare site services reconciliation to Account Management for final billing.
