Manchester University in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking an Experiential Education Operations Specialist to support clinical and experiential learning for health professions students. The role focuses on coordinating rotations, maintaining agreements, and ensuring accurate records.

You will work with students, faculty, preceptors, and clinical partners to keep operations moving smoothly, develop workflows, and generate reports for accreditation.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Mansioni

• Coordinate rotations and clinical placements.
• Maintain affiliation agreements with experiential and clinical education sites.
• Develop and maintain databases on sites, preceptors, faculty, and program requirements.
• Track documentation to ensure records are complete and current.
• Build and improve workflows for Office of Experiential Education operations.
• Communicate schedules, changes, requirements, and next steps with students and preceptors.
• Prepare reports and support program evaluations related to accreditation.
• Identify better ways to organize information and support students and partners.
