Howard University’s Talent Acquisition team seeks a capable administrator to coordinate student site placements and manage the experiential office workflow. You will handle preceptor engagement, maintain records, and supervise budgeting for experiential activities.

The role involves advising students, coordinating travel and events, and ensuring compliance with university policies. A Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of experience is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or administration with 3–6 years of experience.
• 11 years of related work experience may substitute for educational qualifications.
• Experience handling confidential information with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate IPPE/APPE student site matching and placements.
• Update preceptor availability and manage cancellations.
• Oversee experiential office workflow and implement procedures.
• Maintain records, filing systems, and staff training.
• Manage revenues and expenditures for the experiential department.
• Coordinate travel, events, and on-site guidance for visitors.
• Advising/mentoring students and managing requirements.
• Interview and train new employees.
• Liaise with affiliates for requisitions and purchase orders.
• Negotiate payment terms in affiliation agreements.
