Job summary

Midwestern University is seeking a Clinical Education Support Manager for the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine to lead Clinical Education Coordinators and drive process improvements across rotation experiences.

The role includes coordinating clerkship operations, maintaining documentation, and supporting site development while ensuring high service standards and collaboration with the Associate Dean and department chairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in academic medicine, clinical education, or related healthcare environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience building and working effectively within a team.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment with commitment to service excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Education Coordinators to provide leadership and process improvement.
• Lead meetings and coordinate assignment of coordinators to committees and rotation sites.
• Assist in Clerkship operations, student communications, and documentation such as immunization records and RMS data.
• Maintain clerkship information online and support development of new sites as needed.
• Participate in performance reviews and assessment projects for continuous improvement.
